This letter is to tell you how satisfied I am with the new Carrier system I purchased from you in May of 1999. I bought a three-ton Carrier "Tech 2000" system with Puron refrigerant.

When you installed the system, you told me I would be extremely happy with future electric bills. I wanted you to know that with my old system my electric bills were as high as $145 per month. Since I had the new system installed, the highest electric bill I have received was $79.

Additionally, I recently had a problem with my thermostat. You came to my home the same day I contacted you and discovered that the door to my furnace was not on properly and that in fact there was no problem with any of the equipment. The problem was merely the door not being replaced properly on the unit after someone removed it. Further, you did not charge me for this call, as there was no fault with the equipment in any way.

I just wanted you to know that the equipment and your service has been great I will refer you to my family and friends.

Dear Bill & Donna
It's been several months since we purchased the new Carrier Unit. Just wanted to thank you, now that we've had a chance to compare electric bills.

As you know, we have kept records of our power bills since 1985 and this summer's bill was the lowest since 1991! And we didn't sacrifice comfort; we lowered the stat to 75 or 76 degrees, burrrr. We also wanted to thank you for the remarkably speedy service you provided (even in our neck of the woods) and the way you explained everything in detail including maintenance and financing of our new unit.

This letter is to say thank you for your outstanding service on my air conditioning system. I purchased a Carrier heat pump system in June of 2004. In July of 2005 I experienced a problem with the new system and immediately called you. You not only arrived within hours of my call, you even repaired the problem at no cost to me even though my labor warranty had expired.

There are not many companies that would make a repair at no cost when the warranty had already expired. You and your company certainly reflect honesty and integrity and I would recommend you to anyone in need of a new system or repairs on an existing system.
